In line with this goal, cooperation and coordination among ecosystem stakeholders is required for the effective implementation of the 2020-2023 Smart Cities Strategy and Action Plan actions.

Building and sustaining smart cities; It will be possible to create an integrated and structural cooperation and coordination environment in a structure where all stakeholders including central and local governments, universities, private sector and non-governmental organizations can be involved.

Therefore, there is a need to increase institutional cooperation between stakeholders in the field of smart cities at local, regional, national and international levels.

In line with this need, the “Smart City Ecosystem Platform” was created.

With the "Smart City Ecosystem Platform", an environment of cooperation and interaction will be created between smart city technology manufacturers, solution and service providers in order to ensure widespread use by realizing the right projects, and to 

identify solutions for the needs in this area and to carry out procurement activities within the scope of a common terminology and understanding.
