Aris Makina is the Turkish distributor of GEBHARDT (Germany) Isotec insulated containers. We do not manufacture: the boxes are built in Germany, and the sizing, plate matching and support happen here.

Isotec does not cool the load; it keeps the cold inside. The cold comes from eutectic plates frozen before the trip - no engine, no compressor, no cable, no fuel. At city scale that means a cold chain without a fleet of refrigerated vehicles, boxes that keep holding when the power is out, and night deliveries without the noise of a diesel unit.

Isotec TBX. Holds the cold chain up to 24 hours with eutectic plates or dry ice; ATP and HACCP certified. Nine sizes from 410 to 1500 litres, on castors or on a pallet base, 500-700 kg payload, 0…+2 °C for fresh and -21…-25 °C for frozen goods. All nine are compared in the size table; the version with a liquid-tight inner tray for fresh fish is the TBX Seafood.

Eutectic plates come in four melting points (-3, -14, -18, -21 °C), chosen by the goods and refrozen before every trip. They replace the single-use dry ice and polystyrene routine with a returnable flow, so no packaging waste is produced per delivery. Thermobox for small volumes. A 46-litre EPP box on the Euro module, usable from -30 to +80 °C and cooled by the same plates - used for home care, pharmacy runs and sample transport. Details on the product page.

Where it fits in a city. On multi-drop rounds the cold is spent on door openings rather than distance: each time the body door opens, cold air runs out and outside air takes its place. With closed containers what opens is the vehicle door. That is the basis of urban distribution, central kitchen and soup-kitchen delivery, pharmaceutical transport, last-mile work and seafood logistics.
